Is my dog walked at every visit?
Yes, depending on the formula chosen. Walks are adapted to the dog's age, energy and health. For a senior or recovering dog, I prefer shorter, calmer outings.
Can I ask for several visits a day?
Yes — it's even recommended for puppies and very active dogs. The Duo Pack (2 visits) and Trio Pack (3 visits) are built exactly for that, at a discounted rate.
Do you accept difficult dogs?
Yes, after a first conversation and meeting. My work as a trainer allows me to adapt to sensitive, anxious or reactive profiles.
How does the first meeting work?
We arrange a free home visit to meet your pet, understand its needs, and build real trust. It's also the moment to hand over keys, instructions and your vet's contact details.
What happens in case of a problem?
I contact you immediately, and if needed, your veterinarian. You stay informed at every step.
Do you also offer boarding?
Yes, family-scale boarding is available in Vignieu on a 1.7 ha enclosed property — ideal when your dog needs continuous company.
Can I try your kibbles?
Yes. I can recommend the range best suited to your dog and guide you towards a discovery format before any lasting change.
