How does a boarding stay work?

Every dog is welcomed in a calm, secure, family-like setting. We respect their rhythm, habits and needs. The goal is simple: that they feel at home, not in an impersonal facility.

Will my dog be kept in a box?

No. We favour a family-style, human approach — far from industrial kennels. No cramped boxes, no systematic isolation. A real home-like setting.

Will my dog be with other dogs?

It depends on their behaviour and sociability. We assess each situation to ensure safety and wellbeing — some dogs love company, others prefer individual attention. Both are possible.

Does my dog need to be sociable?

Not necessarily. We welcome shy, independent or less sociable dogs. Our role is to put them at ease without forcing interaction.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible, especially for school holidays, summer and long weekends. Places are limited because we prioritise quality of care.

What are your boarding rates?

€20 per night for full boarding, €18 per night from 11 nights onwards (long stay), €15 per day for day boarding (no overnight). 20% discount on the second dog from the same household.

Can I visit before booking?

Yes, by appointment. It's actually recommended — seeing the place, meeting the team and letting your dog discover the environment ensures a calmer first stay.

Does my dog need to be used to grooming?

No. We adapt our approach to puppies, anxious dogs and first-time experiences. The dog's pace always comes before speed of service.

How long does a session last?

It depends on the dog, the coat and their behaviour. We always prioritise wellbeing over speed — a successful groom starts with a relaxed dog.

Do you handle all breeds?

Yes. We adapt grooming to each dog: coat type, skin sensitivity, size, behaviour. No breed is systematically refused.

What's included?

Bath with a coat-appropriate shampoo, gentle drying, cut or clipping, thinning if needed, nail trim, ear cleaning and eye care.

Kibble & Nutrition

Where is your kibble made?

It's made in France, in Auvergne, by Saga Nutrition, with French ingredients. Five ranges are available, from entry-level (CROQ'DOG) to professional signature (HD Optimum Pro, up to 40% protein).

Why choose your kibble?

Selected for digestibility, ingredient quality and impact on behaviour. No marketing promises — formulas designed for active, sporting or demanding dogs.

Can food really influence behaviour?

Yes. Poor nutrition can cause hyperactivity, digestive discomfort, lack of focus. Conversely, well-suited food stabilises energy and improves receptiveness to training.

How do I choose the right formula?

We help you for free. Every dog is different — size, age, activity level, sensitivities. Personalised advice avoids mistakes and constant changes.

Do you offer a subscription?

Yes — the Pro Nutrition Club. Automatic delivery in Isère, preferred pricing, personalised advice included. Rhythm tailored to your dog (4, 6 or 8 weeks), cancel anytime.

Can I change food easily?

Yes, with a gradual transition over 7 to 10 days. We guide you at every step to avoid digestive upset.

Orders & Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Usually 24 to 72 working hours for dispatch. A confirmation email is sent at shipping time with a tracking link.

Do you deliver in Isère?

Yes, throughout Isère. We also offer hand delivery in Vignieu by appointment, and local delivery around Bourgoin-Jallieu, Morestel, La Tour-du-Pin and Crémieu.

Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking link is emailed at shipping — you can follow your parcel in real time until delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

What about kibble?

For hygiene reasons, opened bags cannot be returned. But if a recipe doesn't suit your dog, contact us — we always find a solution, either by adjusting the formula or proposing an exchange.

When am I refunded?

Within 5 to 10 days of receiving and checking the return, via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error.

Do you offer personalised advice?

Yes — it's actually our strength. Every dog is unique — breed, age, behaviour, environment. Generic advice is useless, which is why we take the time to understand your situation.

Are you a certified trainer?

Yes, and that's the difference. All our advice is grounded in field experience — twenty years working with dogs of every breed and temperament.

Can I combine several services?

Yes, and it's strongly recommended. Boarding + grooming before pickup, boarding + nutrition follow-up, training + tailored food — everything is designed to work together.

In Vignieu, Isère (38890), at 385 rue de la Rivoire. Our enclosed site spans 1.7 hectares. We're easily reached from Bourgoin-Jallieu, Morestel, La Tour-du-Pin and Crémieu.
