The products offered are kibble and accessories intended for the food and welfare of animals. Descriptions and photographs are presented for information purposes only.

Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included (VAT inclusive). Delivery costs are indicated before order validation. The company reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The order is confirmed after payment validation.

In accordance with the legislation in force, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returned products must be in their original condition.

Canitrainer38 cannot be held liable for any indirect damages related to the use of the products.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Otherwise, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
