Which dogs do you accept for boarding?
All breeds and ages, as long as they are up to date on vaccines (CHLPPi + Rabies). Reactive dogs are welcomed after a prior meeting.
Should I bring my own food?
You can bring your dog's usual food to avoid any digestive change. Otherwise, we offer premium Terroir Canin food as an extra (+€2.50/day, not included in the boarding rate).
How many dogs do you host at once?
Maximum 4-5 dogs simultaneously, to guarantee individual attention to each.
Are your training methods gentle?
Strict positive reinforcement. No choke collars, no punishment. The dog learns by choice, never through fear.
What do you do in case of veterinary emergency?
Trusted vet 5 minutes away, immediate contact with you, copy of prescription and health record always at hand.
Are kibbles really made in France?
Yes, entirely. Selected French manufacturers, traceable ingredients, verifiable Made in France certifications.
Is there a minimum commitment for classes?
None. You can take a single session to discover, then decide if you want to continue.
How does kibble delivery work?
Free delivery within 30km of Vignieu in less than 48h. For mainland France, 48-72h average, rate by weight.
