Frequently asked

Common grooming questions.

How often should I groom my dog?

It depends on the breed and coat. Generally: long coat every 4 to 8 weeks, short coat every 8 to 12 weeks. We advise based on your dog at the first appointment.

My dog doesn't like grooming, what to do?

Very common and quite manageable. We adapt our approach so the experience is gradual and positive — breaks, gentle handling, calm environment. The goal is that your dog is more comfortable at the next visit.

Do you provide the products?

Yes, we use shampoos and products tailored to every skin and coat type. No harsh products — only references recognised for quality.

Do you handle all breeds?

Yes. We adapt services to each dog — coat type, size, skin sensitivity, behaviour. No breed is systematically refused.

Can I combine grooming with boarding?

Yes, and it's actually recommended. Your dog can be groomed during or before pickup, so they come home clean and relaxed. Perfect for long stays.

Does your kibble really improve the coat?

Yes — good nutrition plays a major role in shine, coat quality and skin health. We can advise the best formula based on your dog.
