A problem with delivery?
Always check the parcel's condition on receipt. If you find a damaged parcel, missing product or damaged item: contact us quickly, ideally with a photo. We always find a solution.

Return window
14 days after receipt to request a return. The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened bags cannot be returned. But if a recipe doesn't suit, contact us: we always find a solution.
