01. Object
These T&C govern the sales of kibble and services (boarding, training) offered by Canitrainer.
02. Order
Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these T&C. The customer receives a confirmation email after each order.
03. Price
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Canitrainer reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
04. Payment
Payment is made by credit card via Stancer (PCI-DSS-compliant secure payment). No banking data is stored on our servers.
05. Delivery
Free delivery within 30km of Vignieu. For mainland France: 48-72h average. Rate depends on weight and destination.
06. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with law, you have 14 days to withdraw without justification. Products must be returned new and unopened.
07. Boarding-specific terms
30% deposit on booking. Balance on dog arrival. Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. CHLPPi + Rabies vaccines required.
